Manufacturing of High Precision Mold

The mold processing center is equipped with 53 sets of  various precision processing equipment, so the full  processing like CNC processing, low speed wire cutting,  surface grinding, decorative engraving can be done in our own  factory.

Zhiben mold workshop has Switzerland GF Agiecharmilles  Processing Center, low speed wire cutting machine, Beijing Jingdiao  Engraving machine，Taiwan LEADWELL series processing  machine & Hexagon 3 coordinate measuring instrument etc,  which enables Zhiben to achieve the accuracy of 0.1μ feed,  1μ cutting, and nm-level surface effects.

Pulp molded fiber products have a certain strength, good texture, smooth appearance; Molded pulp fine packaging products are more delicate appearance.

During the production, Less water consumption, no waste water discharge, to meet the requirements of clean production.

According to the different requirements of the user, the surface quality, color, pictures and other appearance elements can be processed on the product, post-processing.
